Continuous Motion Machines
Continuous-motion-machines are used when round symmetrical parts are feed continuously into the workpiece holder and assembled during the rotational movement of the rotary carousal.
The advantage is that there is more time available for the joining motion as opposed to the cycled machines. Especially in the growing market of mass production, disposable articles in the closure market, cam-controlled machines are needed. These high performance-assembly-machines, in continuous operational rotary carousal principle, are used for feeding and assembly of sealing caps with an output of 20 000 pieces / hour as shown here.
